When requesting information from us and/or registering with our web site we keep a record of your basic contact information (name, address, email, phone) and may occasionally use this information to contact you – but ONLY with details of OUR services and special offers you may be interested in.
We will NOT disclose your details to ANY third party unless it is to transact business with us for the following reasons:

Determining and sharing location in Openfield Apps
To enable our services to work our Raptor and Track My Truck Applications need to access the location of the device being used. Whenever our Raptor and Track My Truck Applications are used on a mobile device, we will use the location information from your mobile device or mobile phone’s browser to tailor our service experience to your current location. This means that we will show your location to the supplier (either for deliveries or collections) that you are currently working on and this information is not shared with anyone else.
Both the Raptor and Track My Truck Applications also use the mobile device’s ‘background location’ to improve our deliveries or collections including the sending of notifications of distance and time from the delivery or collection. If a device has ‘background location’ turned on the Raptor and Track My Truck Applications may also tell us about your device’s location even if you are not directly interacting with the application at the time.
